PARTNERSHIP
Together with our partner SEILTEC, we developed a
lifting solution tailored to the pumping station’s
requirements. This collaborative partnership combines
application-specific expertise with reliable LIFTKET lifting
technology. This enabled us to implement a well-designed,
comprehensive system for long-term use. The result is
a practical solution that reliably meets the on-site conditions.
POWERFUL LIFTING SOLUTION
The LIFTKET electric chain hoist provides the necessary load-bearing capacity and reliability for regular pump maintenance.
Its precise control system allows the heavy pumps to be lifted in a controlled manner and positioned safely. Combined with the electric trolley, this creates a well-designed, practical, and safe lifting solution that is optimally tailored to the requirements of the newly constructed pumping station.
THE CHALLENGE
Weighing approximately 800 kilograms and with a lifting height
of ten meters, lifting the pumps placed high demands on the
technology used. The lifting solution not only had to have the
necessary load-bearing capacity, but also had to enable precise
and controlled operation. At the same time, reliable positioning
of the pumps was crucial to creating the conditions necessary
for maintenance, inspection, and repair work.
