‘We are LIFTKET’ – insight into the team.
22-year-old Nico is nearing the end of his training as an industrial clerk – with his final oral exam just around the corner. Since the beginning of his apprenticeship, he has shown great commitment and initiative, gaining experience in several departments: from Purchasing and Accounting to Sales | Service, where he recently focused his efforts.
In Purchasing and Sales in particular, Nico was able to work independently – managing his own product groups, engaging directly with customers, and earning the trust of his colleagues. It’s this trust, the open communication, and the positive approach to mistakes that impressed him the most. At LIFTKET, expectations are high – but so is the support: colleagues take the time to give continuous feedback and create a work environment where personal development is truly encouraged.
Why does LIFTKET mean more to him than just a training company? For Nico, it’s not only about “Made in Germany” quality or innovative products – as a company rooted in the region and based in Wurzen, LIFTKET also holds personal meaning. And it shows: “It really looks impressive,” he says with a smile.
Looking ahead, Nico wants to remain part of the LIFTKET family and pursue further qualifications – possibly through advanced business training. He gets the energy for his goals from his hobbies: whether it’s 100 km cycling tours, fitness and strength training, or football – staying active is essential for him. So is traveling: after his exam, he’ll be recharging in Mallorca.
We’re proud to have such a dedicated, independent, and motivated young colleague on board – with clear goals and full of energy for the future!
